Large Tongue Orchid [Cryptostylis subulata]
Flowering time: December to March
Habitat: Widespread and relatively common from coast to hinterland, usually in low-lying seasonally wet heathland and sedgy areas of sandy loam.
Possible sites: Providence Ponds, Blond Bay WR, Colquhoun Forest, Newmerella, and many grasstree plains east of Orbost
Notes: Commonest member of the genus and occasionally found in dry areas away from favoured habitat.
